Proton Hoody Women's is an insulated jacket designed for climbing and skiing & snowboarding, built as a breathable, warm layer for high-output mountain movement in cold conditions.
Air permeable mid layer insulation with abrasion and weather resistant.outer surface.
Man-made insulation with quick dry times, durability and retains warmth when damp.
Pair it with a women’s ski jacket for added weather protection on lift-accessed days, and finish with a beanie for warmth on colder approaches.
Breathable and warm, the Proton Hoody is the choice for climbing and dynamic mountain activities in cold conditions. The 100% recycled Coreloft™ Compact insulation is light and packable and performs even if wet. The outer is a durable, air-permeable Fortius Air 20 softshell. Working together, the breathable materials allow airflow that speeds vapour transfer and regulates temperature. An insulated StormHood extends coverage, and the articulated design is patterned to move.
What's been updated:A PFAS-free durable water repellent treatment and Coreloft™ Compact synthetic insulation for lightweight, breathable warmth.

Our trimmer fit is patterned to stay close to the body through the chest, waist, hip, and thigh. Its low profile eliminates bulk, moves with the body, and fits comfortably under outer layers.
Note: If your measurements are between sizes, select a larger size for a looser fit or a smaller size for a tighter fit.
Note: Calculate your own body measurements, then select your product size.

Layers are the instruments of keeping you dry, warm and using your energy efficiently. Put into the right systems, a good sequence of layers provides you with weather protection, moves moisture away from your skin, conserves or dissipates heat, and does this in the least amount of time.
Use the layering guide to select additional pieces for your system and understand how they fit together. Find out more about how to layer on our Layering Page.
