Returns
RETURNS POLICY
- Items purchased at arcteryx.co.nz may be returned for up to 30 days after the original purchase date.
- If you'd like to start a return, please fill out our product return form. Once submitted, we'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number. You can then choose any courier you prefer and arrange the return shipping at your own cost.
- Any discounted products purchased from "outlet" collections are final, and will NOT be eligible for change of mind returns (change of mind return examples: Sizing, Colour, Style).
- For safety and health reasons, climbing harnesses and underwear cannot be returned. Shoes must be in their original packaging.
- Refunds are issued in the form of the original payment. Arc'teryx will provide a full refund for the value of the purchased item in the same form as the original payment. If the original payment method used does not allow for refunds, unfortunately we cannot accept a return for that purchase.
- Refunds may take between 8-10 business days to process once an item has been delivered to our warehouse.
- Items must be in as new condition with tags and returned in their original packaging.
- Items purchased anywhere except arcteryx.co.nz must be returned to the original place of purchase.

Arc'teryx will process the refunds per below conditions:
- Refunds can only be processed once the item has been received at our warehouse in good and resalable condition with original tagging in place.
- If the freight provider/courier of your choice confirms the parcel lost in transit we may not proceed with the refund, so shipping insurance is recommended.
- However, if our investigation confirms abuse of our refund process e.g. parcel being redirect to another location or manipulation of the return shipping address/label, we reserve the right to deny refund. Our investigation results with details on why refund has been denied would be shared with you once the investigation is concluded.
