Arc'teryx is proud of the quality and performance of all our products. Items covered under our Limited Warranty will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Arc'teryx for the practical product lifespan.

 

For repairs, DIY supplies (patches, replacement zipper sliders), or to make a Warranty inquiry, connect with our Guest Services team by submitting an online Product Service Request below. Ensure to upload the required photos before submitting your request to speed up the assessment process. The estimated time for us to review your request is currently 2-3 business days.

Please include pictures of your product when filling out our online Product Service Request Form. Your pictures will help us identify the issue and solutions we can provide.
