REPAIR FAQ

How long does a repair take?

Service time varies by what needs to be fixed, region, and the time of year. Repairs that can be done in store happen on the spot. If your repair is complex, we will send it to our repair centre for an assessment. This takes about 3-5 business days from the time it’s received. Once we know the extent of the service, it can range anywhere from 2 - 5 weeks.

Will I have to pay for a repair?

Most repairs are covered under the limited warranty. Those that are not covered may incur a fee, which will be disclosed after we assess your gear.

Will I have to pay for shipping?

We ask that you cover the cost of shipping your product to us, and we will cover the cost of return shipping back to you.

Please select a delivery service that provides parcel tracking information, insurance, and proof of delivery. Arc’teryx is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping and cannot replace parcels lost during return shipment if proof of delivery is unavailable.

Why is repairing my gear good for the environment?

Every repair extends the life of a product and delays the need for a replacement. It also keeps functional gear out of landfills. For Arc’teryx, this act is central to our sustainability commitment: Leave it better.
