Pull on the Atom Vest when you feel the temperature dropping on longer hikes and climbs or wear it as a midlayer under a shell for touring and wet winter objectives. The Coreloft synthetic insulation stays warm even if you run into light weather, making it a better alternative to down for high-output days year round.
What's been updated: Updated with a new FC0 material, FC0 DWR finish, and 100% recycled stretch synthetic insulation. New stretch insulation offers improved freedom of movement. The Bird logo is embroidered for long lasting visual.
Our trimmer fit is patterned to stay close to the body through the chest, waist, hip, and thigh. Its low profile eliminates bulk, moves with the body, and fits comfortably over first layers or under outer layers.
Note: If your measurements are between sizes, select a larger size for a looser fit or a smaller size for a tighter fit.

1. Sleeve: With arm relaxed at your side and slightly bent, measure from centre back neck, across shoulder to elbow and down to wrist.
2. Chest: With arms relaxed at your sides, measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest
3. Waist: Measure around your waist at the narrowest part.
4. Hip: Standing with feet hip width apart, measure around your hips at the widest part.
Cut snug to the body through the entire garment to enhance moisture management and thermal efficiency.

Cut comfortably from the body through bust/chest, waist, hip and thigh for a classic fit.
