Rebird GORE-TEX Wash Terms & Conditions

  1. Only Arc'teryx Gore-Tex jackets and pants will be accepted for washing and proofing during this event.
  2. This service is available exclusively at our Galeries, Emporium and Hobart locations.
  3. Each customer is permitted to book one wash service per calendar month and drop off a maximum of two products, which will be recorded under the customer's name.
  4. Customers are responsible for ensuring all pockets are empty prior to submitting products for washing.
  5. We reserve the right to refuse the washing and proofing of any products that we determine may be damaged or fail during the process.
  6. Products may only be dropped off within the specified event timeframe.
  7. By participating in this event, you consent to being added to our email database.
  8. Due to high demand, it may take several weeks to process and wash all products.
  9. In the event a product is damaged during the washing process, we will assess the damage and initiate the warranty process.
  10. We are not accepting Gore-Tex accessories, including gloves, hats, packs, and similar items.
  11. We are not accepting non Gore-Tex products such as the Atom Jacket.
